What’s your area of expertise?
I work in the Private Client department, assisting Emma Needham with the administration of elderly client affairs, together with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I have worked in the legal profession for 11 years, having spent the last 4 years working in Private Client. I joined Blanchards Bailey in July 2018.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I like to help people and working in this area of law means I get to assist clients during, what can be, a stressful and difficult time in their lives. Planning for the future is so important and it’s immensely satisfying to know I have been able to help the team to bring about the best possible solutions for our clients.
What makes you tick?
Consulting a law firm can be a slightly daunting prospect and I like to be a friendly and approachable member of the team who is available to help with whatever a client may need. I always ensure I do everything I possibly can to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. Outside of work I like to spend my time reading, reviewing books on my blog and running my podcast. I also enjoy keeping fit and can often be found at the gym, out on my bike, or walking my dog around Blandford.
