Poundbury Christmas celebrations celebrate local growth
Law firm Blanchards Bailey LLP has celebrated a hugely successful 2017 by hosting a drinks reception for clients and professional contacts.
The long-established firm staged a December Eve celebration at its Dorchester office in Queen Mother Square, Poundbury.
Principal Ian Campbell said: “We wanted to say thank to all the people who have helped and supported our continued expansion.
“It has been a year of unprecedented development in Poundbury with new team members joining to widen our range of services to meet growing individual and business needs.
“At Blanchards Bailey we remain optimistic for the future and confident that we are equipped to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.”
New faces at Blanchards Bailey in 2017 include Associate Ben Jones, who specialises in litigation and disputes and Principal Ian Campbell, who specialism is wills and estate planning, and leads the Dorchester office team.
Blanchards Bailey has been nominated in a record seven categories in the prestigious 2018 Dorset Legal Awards.
Another sign of the firm’s continued success is recognition by The Legal 500 as one of the top firms in the UK for the third year running with a record eight individuals singled out for their work.
The firm is heavily involved in community work. The Poundbury office recently raised £2,250 for Age UK (Dorchester) with a cycle race night at Bryanston School, near Blandford.
Five Blanchards Bailey colleagues also helped transform the charity’s Rowan Cottage Social Club community centre in Dorchester during a four-day ‘DIY SOS’ style makeover.
