Caroline is a highly experienced and knowledgeable lawyer, who has worked for more than 26 years in Residential Conveyancing. Caroline qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2009 and became a Partner in 2019.
As Head of Residential Conveyancing at Blanchards Bailey, Caroline is responsible for leading a large team and strives to ensure that they offer the same high level of service and exceptional client care that she dedicates to her own clients.
Caroline specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of part, new builds, remortgages, equity release and first registrations of multiple parcels of land and is experienced in more complex and unusual areas of conveyancing.
