Experience and credentials
Having administered estates with another Dorset law firm since 2002, Rachel qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2008.
She joined Blanchards Bailey in 2013, becoming an important part of our Probate and Estate Administration Team. Her significant contribution was recognised when she became an Associate of the firm in 2020.
Today, she specialises in the administration of estates and has sound technical knowledge, often dealing with the more unusual and complex estates.
Working with Rachel
Being born and bred in Blandford, Rachel has great local knowledge, which often assists in her day-to-day work. Her great attention to detail, organisation skills and love of numbers, certainly assists when dealing with the financial side of administering an estate.
Rachel enjoys being able to take some of the pressure off her clients at what is often a stressful and emotional time for them. Helping to solve a wide range of family problems and disputes, she enjoys the satisfaction of being able to uncover practical solutions for all involved.
