The main purpose of the role will be to support and work closely with the Litigation team to deliver a profitable case load and high-quality legal advice; in particular employment advice.
Ideally, the successful applicant will be a Solicitor with a minimum 3 years' PQE within Employment, having undertaken good quality work. Team focused and flexible with a willingness to go that extra mile for results, excellent client care skills, and a keen interest in marketing, networking and business development are fundamental to achieving success in this role.
The post is based in our Blandford office but there will be some requirement to travel to our Dorchester and Shaftesbury offices.
Full or part time hours will be considered and there will be opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
