We are looking for a full time Operations & Efficiencies Assistant to join our busy support team in Blandford. This role will provide full administrative support to the Operations and Efficiencies Manager assisting with the implementation of projects across all departments, liaising with external providers, managing workload and diaries and assisting with identifying and proactively working to resolve issues and areas for improvement within the Firm.
The successful candidate will have a good general education along with strong IT and communication skills and previous administrative experience. You will need to be a strong team player whilst also having the confidence and ability to work on your own and prioritise your workload. Being well organised, flexible in your approach and having a keen eye for detail are essential skills for this busy and varied role.
