Naomi joined Blanchards Bailey in October 2025 as a Private Client Executive in our Private Client Services team, bringing 34 years’ experience in the legal profession.

Naomi has extensive practical expertise in Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, probate, Letters of Administration, Deeds of Variation and Declarations of Trust.

She is known for explaining legal documents and processes in clear, straightforward language, ensuring her clients fully understand the decisions they are making. She regularly visits clients in their homes and in care homes where needed, reflecting her commitment to providing a client-focused service.

Naomi reports to Emma Needham, Partner and Head of Wills and Estate Planning.

Whether she is helping someone plan for the future or supporting a family following a bereavement, her priority is to make the process as clear, manageable and stress-free as possible.

Naomi takes time to listen carefully, understand each client’s personal concerns and guide them step by step through their options, so they feel informed and reassured at every stage. Organised and methodical in her work, Naomi is also flexible in how and where she meets clients, tailoring arrangements to their circumstances. This approach helps her build long-standing client relationships and provide tailored services that bring her clients genuine peace of mind.
