Experience and credentials
Since qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997 and joining Blanchards Bailey in 2013, Linda has dealt with a wide array of issues falling within her field of expertise:probate and estate administration. Today, she’s a consultant, working in our bustling Blandford office.
Having previously held a senior position within Blanchards Bailey’s award-winning Private Client team, Linda’s sympathetic and diligent approach to estate administration won universal praise from clients. Having taken a break from law for a year, she returned to our firm in 2022 as a consultant, again, within the Private Client team.

Linda no longer maintains a client facing caseload but, instead, mentors and supports the Private Client team in managing their probate and estate administration cases –leaning on experience gained over many years of legal practice.
Her empathy and assured nature is evident in all matters she has a hand in. Clients continue to benefit from her calm, collected approach in ensuring that probate estates are administered.
