A wide range of courses
Choose from preparation for promotion, individual coaching programmes, mentoring programmes, full staff strategy days and more.
We run comprehensive induction programmes including iHASCO training modules, as well as management development, junior fee earner development and compliance training.
Training the next generation
We sponsor up to ten apprentices every year, covering legal, accounting, business, IT and other areas.
We also recruit placement students , offer work experience opportunities to the local community and deliver career talks and visits to local schools.
Since joining Blanchards Bailey as a law graduate, they have supported me in my journey to becoming qualified through CILEX and have fostered a friendly and encouraging working atmosphere.
