Experience and credentials
Since joining Blanchards Bailey in 2013, Mark has become an invaluable member of our Residential Property team.
Today, he works on a wide variety of cases to support property matters, with a particular specialism in land and property issues. These include unregistered land, third party rights, equity release and landlord and tenant work. He’s also experienced in property adjustments for deceased estates, litigation and family law.
With twenty two years of experience gained at local law firms, and as a specialist in land law, Mark is well-placed to advise on residential land and property law, including unregistered land, easements, leasehold property, lifetime mortgages and property adjustments following divorce or separation, or following the death of property owners.
Working with Mark
An experienced conveyancer with a special interest in unregistered land, lost title deeds and equity release, as well as guidance on leasehold property sales, Mark helps clients to identify their issues or desired outcomes and then develop a plan for achieving them, as expediently as possible.
Mark is an excellent communicator and puts his clients “front and centre” of the matter in hand. He strives to ensure things proceed at the clients’ pace wherever possible and that they are kept fully updated throughout the matter in hand.
