Robin is a highly experienced commercial property solicitor who specialises in Commercial Property and Development. With over 30 years of specialist experience, he has spent the majority of his career in partner-level positions at some of London’s most prestigious law firms.
Before joining Blanchards Bailey, he headed specialist real estate teams at Mayfair firm, Forsters LLP, representing institutional pension funds committed to the commercial property sector.
Today, Robin provides commercial property advice to individual clients, family trusts, developers, property companies and investors. Over the past four decades, he has honed his expertise in acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, as well as profit-sharing formulations, co-operation agreements and associated tax and offshore jurisdiction issues.
Robin offers an essential source of expertise for any client seeking advice on commercial landlord and tenant law, real estate development in the commercial and residential sectors. He can also advise on joint venture and co-ownership, profit-sharing schemes and structures, landowner/developer collaboration and development promotion agreements.
He is member of the City of London Solicitors Guild, a Liveryman of the City of London, and past editor of Butterworth's Encyclopedia of Forms and Precedents Sale of Land volumes 37 (1) and (2).
