We are looking for a full time HR Administration Assistant to join our busy HR department in Blandford. The main purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the HR team, including supporting all recruitment administration, organisation of inductions and setting up and maintaining personnel files and HR systems.
The successful applicant will have a good general education, along with strong IT and communication skills and previous administrative experience, as well as being well organised, flexible in approach and having a keen eye for detail. If you are also a strong team player whilst having the confidence and ability to work on your own and prioritise your workload we would love to hear from you.
