Litigation Associate

We are looking for someone to engage in diverse and high-profile civil litigation cases that will challenge and elevate their skill set. The successful applicant will benefit from continuous learning opportunities and avenues for career advancement. We require applicants to:-

1. Have a minimum of 6 years' experience as a qualified lawyer in civil litigation.
2. Have experience in contentious probate and/or contentious Court of Protection work.
3. Proven success in handling complex civil litigation cases.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Excellent research and writing capabilities.
6. Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute effectively to a team.
