Senior Associate – Contentious Trusts and Probate
We are looking for a Senior Associate to work with the head of our busy, Legal 500 recognised, contentious trusts and probate team. The key responsibilities of the role will include sharing responsibility for the management and training of staff, developing and marketing the department, and ensuring the compliance of procedures and processes. Underpinning this will also be the requirement to manage and develop a profitable case load and deliver exceptional client car in order to build on the firm’s excellent reputation in this field.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 6 years PQE, having undertaken good quality, complex and high value contentious trusts and probate work and, ideally, contentious Court of Protection work. Being team focused, showing a willingness to go that extra mile for results, delivering excellent client care skills, and having a keen interest in marketing and networking are fundamental to achieving success in this role.
