Blanchards Bailey, Saffery and Love Local Trust Local Present Agricultural and Business Property Relief Workshop: Navigating the New Inheritance Tax Landscape

From April 2026, major reforms introduced in the Autumn Budget will reshape inheritance tax relief across the UK.  Full 100% relief for APR and BPR will be capped at £1 million, with values above this threshold qualifying for only 50% relief.  This shift poses significant implications for landowners, farming families and business owners, placing new pressures on estate planning and succession strategies, and potentially threatening the future of many family-run businesses.

Blanchards Bailey and Saffery, in collaboration with Love Local Trust Local, a Dorset-based initiative celebrating and supporting local farming and food producers, invite you to a workshop exploring the upcoming legislative changes to Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR).
