In September of this year we were delighted to announce that, in recognition of our continued investment in our staff, Blanchards Bailey has been shortlisted in Employer of the Year: Accredited 50-249 in The Investors in People Awards 2020.
Since 1991 Investors in People has set the national standard of best practice for training and development in UK workplaces. Employers receiving the Investors in People accreditation are shown to embody the latest workplace leading practices and employee conditions required to create outperforming teams.
As part of the shortlisting and judging process, Investors in People require that each finalist provide a case summary in support of their entry. Finalists are asked to set out what being shortlisted means to the business and staff, the strongest aspects of the entry and what it would mean to win.
