The Gift of Light

Help us celebrate the work of Mosaic - our chosen charity of the year

We created this special festive film to celebrate the amazing work that Mosaic do, help raise awareness of the services they provide and encourage donations to Mosaic’s Christmas appeal.

Mosaic, established in 2007 and based in Milborne St Andrew, near Blandford, provide a range of support to children and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one either through sudden, traumatic or expected death.

Mosaic aim to raise £10,000 to fund their much needed services, run workshops and partner with schools to ensure more children across Dorset are able to access their invaluable support.

Rather than sending Christmas cards and gifts to clients and contacts this year, we will be making a special donation to Mosaic’s Christmas Appeal.

If you would like to help support this amazing cause, please visit our Just Giving link below. We hope you enjoyed our festive film, please share it far and wide and give the Gift of Light this Christmas.

We were so excited when we were approached with the idea that Blanchards Bailey would like to produce a festive video for Mosaic to raise awareness of the vital work we do throughout Dorset - an opportunity too good to be missed! We would like to thank all those involved in the video from its conception to production, representatives from Blanchards Bailey, children and families who were natural stars on the night and braved the cold and dark to take part.

It is a truly wonderful partnership which we should like to celebrate - we would like to raise a glass to you all - thank you and Merry Christmas!

Mosiac - supporting children and families throughout Dorset

Mosaic support children and young people across Dorset who have who have experienced the loss of a loved one, either through sudden, traumatic or expected death.

Mosaic was created in 2007 to fill the gap in bereavement provision across the county. Support for bereaved children and young people was limited as the only support available was from hospices offering support after the death of someone suffering from a long-term illness.
