Experience and credentials
Caroline is a highly experienced and knowledgeable lawyer with over 26 years of expertise in residential conveyancing. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2009 and became a Partner in 2019.
As Head of Residential Property at Blanchards Bailey, Caroline leads a large team and strives to ensure that they offer the same high level of service and exceptional client care that she dedicates to her own clients.
Caroline specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of parts, new builds, remortgages, equity releases and first registrations of multiple parcels of land and is experienced in more complex and unusual areas of conveyancing.
Caroline reports to Paul Dunlop, Managing Partner.
