Working with James

Taking a friendly and empathetic approach, James prides himself on delivering bespoke advice and excellent client care. He is well-equipped to assist clients in the administration of a variety of estates, drawing on his keen attention to detail and critical thinking skills. He’s dealt with estates involving assets in foreign jurisdictions and trusts, as well as complex estates which included multiple properties, stocks and investments.

James is conscious that clients often come to see him at a challenging and emotional time. He enjoys being able to shoulder the legal formalities required to administer an estate, enabling his clients to concentrate on the more personal and practical difficulties they face.

We have had excellent service and experience with Blanchards Bailey, and James Duncan in particular in regards to the process of finalising our mother's estate. We have been kept up to date throughout the procedure regularly and thoroughly, and were always treated well in face to face meetings too. I would certainly recommend them.
