Experience and credentials
Kelsie is a Private Client Legal Assistant in Blanchards Bailey’s Probate department. She joined the firm in May 2019 and is based in our Blandford office.
Since joining us, Kelsie has gained a wealth of valuable experience, assisting with a wide range of administration of estate matters including Grant of Probate applications, Inheritance Tax, dealing with assets and distributing to beneficiaries.
She is also part of the firm’s new probate enquiries team, acting as a friendly and empathetic “first port of call” for bereaved clients, guiding them through the early stages after a loved one has passed away.

Kelsie enjoys helping clients navigate the legal processes of administering an estate, during what can be an upsetting time. Her drive to perform well for both the firm and her clients is always apparent.
She works in an efficient and organised way, progressing matters in a timely manner. Offering a compassionate and conscientious approach, Kelsie ensures clients feel supported throughout their matter.
