Lucy heads up our highly successful and well-respected Contentious Trusts and Probate team.
Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and specialises in probate and trusts disputes. She advises on all aspects of this complex area of litigation, from claims about the validity of Wills, Inheritance Act claims and the removal of executors or trustees to statutory Will applications and claims involving attorneys and deputies.
Lucy reports to Paul Dunlop, Managing Partner.
