Luke joined Blanchards Bailey in 2020 and has been a highly valued member of our Residential Property team ever since. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
As a Chartered Legal Executive with over eight years' experience in Residential Property, Luke handles a wide range of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build and shared ownership transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Luke is also experienced in drafting transfers of part and bespoke deeds.
