Experience and credentials
Having administered estates with another Dorset law firm since 2002, Rachel qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2008.
Rachel joined Blanchards Bailey in 2013 and quickly became a vital member of the firm's Probate and Estate Administration Team. Her significant contributions were recognised when she became an Associate of the firm in 2020.
Today, she specialises in estate administration and possesses strong technical knowledge, often handling unusual and complex estates.
Rachel reports to Catherine Roberts, Partner and Head of Probate.

Borned and raised in Blandford, Rachel has extensive local knowledge that enhances her day-to-day work. Her strong attention to detail, organisational skills and love of numbers are invaluable when managing the financial aspects of estate administration.
Rachel enjoys being able to take some of the pressure off her clients at what is often a stressful and emotional time. She enjoys helping to resolve a wide range of family issues and disputes, taking satisfaction in uncovering practical solutions for everyone involved.
