Rheanna joined Blanchards Bailey in 2016 and has worked exclusively in the residential property team since her arrival. This focus has provided her with exceptional knowledge of the conveyancing process and a nuanced appreciation of clients’ needs and concerns.
As a Conveyancing Executive who has completed her Paralegal Level 3 CILEX qualification, Rheanna works alongside our experienced conveyancing solicitors, focusing on sales and purchases from initial instruction through to post-completion. Her responsibilities include raising and responding to enquiries, preparing mortgage and search reports, exchanging contracts, and dealing with post-completion requirements.
Rheanna reports to Caroline Walton, Partner and Head of Residential Property.
