Rheanna joined Blanchards Bailey in 2016 and has worked exclusively within the residential property team since starting with us. This focus has granted her exceptional knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process, as well as a nuanced appreciation of clients’ needs and concerns.
As a Conveyancing Assistant who has recently completed her Paralegal Level 3 CILEX qualification, today, she works alongside our experienced conveyancing solicitors, with a focus on sales and purchases, from initial instruction through to post-completion, including raising and responding to enquiries, preparing mortgage and search reports, exchanging contracts and dealing with post-completion requirements.
