What we do
We advise on all aspects of commercial property, from the purchase and sale of shops, pubs, business units, industrial units and warehouses, to legal work on financing such deals, acting for landlords and tenants when leases are granted, acquired, and renewed, and acting for clients buying or selling land for development.
Our clients range from individuals selling parts of their garden, to farmers selling large parcels of land, to owner managed businesses large and small, to providers of social housing, to local developers and to the owners of commercial property portfolios.
We frequently act for clients that have been referred by accountants, tax advisors or land agents, because of the breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise the department has. There are not many types of property transactions that we have not advised on before.
How we do it
We pride ourselves on working very hard to firstly understand our client’s business and their property needs, and then to implement them as efficiently as possible. Our aim is to become each client’s long term and trusted advisor, knowing their business and needs as well as they do.
