With many years’ experience dealing with probate, trust and Court of Protection disputes, she’s able to advise on all aspects of this complex area of litigation, from claims about the validity of Wills, Inheritance Act claims and the removal of executors or trustees, to statutory Will applications and claims involving attorneys and deputies.
