Experience and credentials
Charlotte is a Senior Associate and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in our Private Client Services team. Having qualified as a CILEx Fellow in January 2024, Charlotte has over 15 years' experience in Law and specialises in all aspects of Private Client work, assisting individuals and families to plan for the future and manage complex legal matters with confidence. Her expertise includes Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Deputyships and estate administration.
Charlotte is also an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer, reflecting her commitment to supporting older and vulnerable clients with a high standard of care and professionalism. She is recognised for her clear, practical advice and personal approach, combining technical expertise with empathy and understanding. Clients frequently comment that she makes what can be a difficult process more manageable and considerably less stressful.
Charlotte volunteers for the Alzheimer's Society as a Dementia Friends Ambassador, regularly delivering information sessions to businesses, community groups and other organisations to raise awareness about Dementia in hopes of reducing the fear and stigma associated with a diagnosis.
She is also a Rotarian and is currently appointed as President-Elect for Poundbury Rotary Club.
Charlotte reports to Emma Needham, Partner and Head of Wills and Estate Planning.
