Experience and credentials
Holly is a Trainee CILEx Lawyer in our Court of Protection team, focusing on the day-to-day management of affairs for clients who may lack the capacity to manage their own finances.
Holly is often one of the first points of contact for families seeking guidance on care fees and financial planning, helping them go through what can be an overwhelming and emotional time with clarity and empathy.
Holly joined Blanchards Bailey in February 2023 after graduating with a Law degree. She began her career with the firm as a Trainee Legal Secretary and has since progressed through roles as a Trainee Legal Assistant and Paralegal, before advancing to her current position as a Trainee CILEx Lawyer.
Holly reports to Sophie Lawrence, Senior Associate and Head of Court of Protection.
