Sophie is a Senior Associate with many years of experience in complex Court of Protection matters, deputyship and trustee applications, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the management of trusts and personal affairs.
Sophie heads up the Court of Protection and Elderly Client Affairs department and oversees a dedicated team of specialists, experienced in all areas of Court of Protection and management of clients’ affairs.
Her extensive knowledge of mental capacity law, combined with her years of experience, equips Sophie with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals.
