Experience and credentials
Claudia joined Blanchards Bailey in 2019, returning to Residential Property in 2022 after spending three years in our Commercial Property team.
Qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2025, Claudia has more than seven years of experience in Conveyancing, and specialises in freehold and leasehold transactions, including new build properties, auction sales and purchases. She is also well-versed in sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of part and transfers of equity. She reports to Caroline Walton, Partner and Head of Residential Property.
Claudia was shortlisted as Rising Star of the year in the LEAP Modern Law Awards 2023.

With her personable nature, Claudia establishes strong relationships with clients, offering reassurance and communicating clearly and transparently. She keeps clients informed about their transactions and aims to make processes as simple as possible. Her positive attitude and fantastic local knowledge means she is well placed to advise on the property process.
