Matt qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has specialised in conveyancing law ever since. Now based in our busy Shaftesbury office, he has valuable experience of the local area, having previously worked in both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
Matt acts on behalf of first-time buyers, property investors, developers, executors, attorneys and private clients wishing to move house. He’s also able to assist with property sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity – for both freehold and leasehold properties, whether unregistered or registered.
