What we do
Blanchard Bailey’s HR consultancy service supports businesses of all sizes with specialist advice and bespoke policies and procedures on a wide range of staffing and training matters.
Companies with in-house HR functions utilise our team to provide independent additional support when required. In particular, we undertake restructuring programmes, third party reviews for organisations undergoing change, HR audits and training assignments.
Clients that do not have an in-house HR function can benefit from hands-on, end-to-end HR support that ensures their business meets regulatory needs, as well as employee expectations. In this role our team can provide tailored policies and procedures, review and/or produce employment contracts and handbooks, assist with a wide range of performance management issues and advise on restructuring and redundancy programmes.
In addition, our ‘HR Advice Line’ provides HR and employment advice on staffing matters such as disciplinary issues, capability concerns, policies and procedures, and specific legal queries. This subscription service gives peace of mind and an expert on hand when you need them most.
How we do it
We work with our clients on particular assignments or on an ongoing basis, depending on their requirements. In either circumstance we will invest time getting to know you, your staff and your organisation in order to provide bespoke advice which is relevant to your individual needs.
