Since joining Blanchards Bailey in 2013, Mark has become an invaluable member of our Residential Property team.
Mark handles a diverse range of property cases, specialising in land and property issues. His expertise includes unregistered land, third-party rights, equity release and landlord-tenant matters. Additionally, he has significant experience in property adjustments for deceased estates, as well as litigation and family law.
With 22 years of experience at local law firms, Mark specialises in land law and is well-equipped to advise on residential land and property law. His expertise covers unregistered land, easements, leasehold property, lifetime mortgages and property adjustments following divorce or separation, or the death of property owners.
Mark reports to Caroline Walton, Partner and Head of Residential Property.
Working with Mark
Mark is an experienced conveyancer with a special interest in unregistered land, lost title deeds and equity release, as well as guidance on leasehold property sales, He also provides guidance on leasehold property sales. Mark assists clients in identifying their issues and desired outcomes, then develops a plan to achieve them as efficiently as possible.
Mark is an excellent communicator who places his clients at the forefront of every matter. He strives to ensure that processes move at the clients' place whenever possible, keeping them fully updated throughout the entire process.
